Duncan Blickenstaff is a Los Angeles based composer of music for film, television, and web series, with a lyrical style and an ear for the shadings of character and drama. He received his MFA in Music Composition for the Screen at Columbia College Chicago under the direction of Andy Hill.
Duncan is currently working as a composer assistant for Mychael Danna and Rob Simonsen. He has had the opportunity to work on such films as Life of Pi, Moneyball, and Seeking a friend for the End of the World, as well as provide additional music for films and shows including World Without End, Girl Most Likely, Battleground, and The English Teacher.
